It is not fair nor easy to set fees for the services we offer as in reality this will not be accurate. The reasons are simple. Each customer will have a different, somewhat customised requirement for his business and may also come across to us with various levels of problems which require fixing. The price we quote will therefore depend on the work and length of time required tfor the job to complete right from ground work to installation and training.

None of us like nasty surprises so we will offer you upto one hour free initial consutation free either by phone or onsite (travel and time costs apply outside of London) to discuss your needs and requirements. We will send you a written quote inclusive of all charges. On acceptance of our quote, the customer will be required to make a payment towards 50% of the invoice and the remaining balance will be payable on completion.

All websites will be checked thoroughly for the working functionalities prior to installation.

Consultation Fees:

• UK Onsite Consultancy Full day (6hrs)- £400.00
• UK Onsite Consultancy Half day(3hrs)- £250.00
• Worldwide Onsite Consultancy - As Agreed Individually
• Joomla Development - £45.00 per hour on client site London
• Joomla Development - £25.00 per hour off site

After Sales Service

We are happy to investigate problems with our own Joomla Developments, however, should the root problem be related to third party components and other software, or server issues , we reserve the right to make a charge for our time.

Training:

Training will be provided on a 121 basis only to the customer for our own the Joomla development. This will be help the customer gain understanding of the system and also to add/amend content into the site. Please note that the person undergoing training of our Joomla project will need to have basic understanding of Open CMS systems as this training does not involve any Joomla software training, only the understanding of the project.

Joomla Hosting and Management:

Dedicated Server Management - £250.00 per month
