Owner Profile

Reshma Tachkani, owner and founder of Shriji in 1996 has worked in the computing industry since 1981. She started off her career in the Computing Industry as a Cobol /PL1 Programmer and alter moved on from MainFrame Development to PC development until she mastered the techniques of Database Development using Access and Visual Basic since 1994. She has since then worked with all versions of Access . She has gained considerable experience developing client/server applications using Visual Basic for Applications Code (VBA) and working on various platforms such as Win 95/98/NT uisng backend databases like SQL Server and Oracle. She has gained experience in converting old database versions to the latest whilst maintaining the functionalities in the current system

As an experienced programmer with over 20 years of experience in progamming and logic, she can bring a focus on quality and ease of use to your system development and provide solutions to any outstanding problems with existing database systems. Furthermore, she works well with others, and is experienced in providing training and support to users at different levels of skill, in a calm and professional manner. Being highly customer and delivery focused, she has achieved a positive and excellent feedback from her customers. Motivation to produce quality work is shown by her thorough and detailed approach to development, testing and delivery of the projects she is assigned.
